Shipping and Damage Policy

Shipping Time

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Devon Chase & Company or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Shipping Damage

At the time of delivery you will be asked to sign for the package(s). It states that you have inspected the package(s) for any visible or physical damage and you are satisfied with the condition of the package(s). This package(s) was inspected before shipment at the factory and the shipper accepted the package(s) in good condition.

DO NOT SIGN FOR ANY SHIPMENT

Until this package(s) have been completely inspected! Do not be fooled because the package looks “ok”, inspect all sides, the entire package. The package(s) requires a signature and if damage is found, notify the shipper ASAP for further instructions.

OPEN IMMEDIATELY

Sometimes a package(s) in good condition may have concealed damage. Most freight carriers require, if concealed damaged is found, a claim made within 2 days. The carrier may request an appointment to inspect the package(s) and damage. You must make this claim direct with the carrier within their acceptable concealed damage time frame. We suggest inspecting the product(s) the day received and reporting any concealed damage that day.
